Business Development Lead

The Role

Are you a seasoned business development professional, with experience in Web3, looking for a leadership opportunity in the NFT space? Async is looking for a Business Development Lead to define and lead our business development strategy, build strategic relationships with artists, collectors, and partners, and scale our processes. The ideal Business Development Lead will be a master communicator and relationship builder with a passion for Web3. 

Responsibilities

-Building relationships with Tier 1 artists and musicians to bring them into the Async community -Growing and scoping out strategic partnership opportunities with other players in the ecosystem such as: labels, galleries, management agencies, crypto communities -Creating and executing on structure and processes for the wider BizDev team  -Developing a criteria for qualifying a lead to ensure we’re taking on the right opportunities -Managing and maintaining a healthy pipeline of projects and opportunities to keep Async at the forefront of crypto art and music -Building a strong bridge with our Product team and directing the BizDev team based on upcoming features and product builds

Qualifications

Considerable business development experience in the DeFi, Crypto, NFT space A-1 communication and prospect-facing skills for developing relationships  Experience building and managing teams Demonstrated understanding of what Async is about and where we need to be given market dynamics A proven passion for empowering creators and collectors  A vision for how you would grow and lead this team
