Our goals: · To establish strong partnerships within the ETH ecosystem to drive adoption and growth of Hetu · Creating and managing a strong growth program to maximize the impact of Hetu across the ecosystem · Bringing strategic and operational process to the team and setting the foundation for the future of business development · Identifying, sourcing and engaging with potential new partners that would be a good fit for the Hetu ecosystem · Working across cross functional teams i.e marketing and community as a representative of the BD team Required Skills · 3+ years business development experience in web3 · A strong network within the ETH ecosystem · A goal driven and big picture thinking attitude · Strong belief in a decentralized future · Crypto native and passionate about this space · Infrastructure experience · Strong education background (PHD preferred)
