Role Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Business Development Associate with a deep understanding of the Web3 gaming space. The ideal candidate will have a successful track record with previous Web3 companies and will focus on onboarding communities to Echo of the Horizon through the EOTH Clan Grant Program. Additionally, this role will involve creating and nurturing meaningful partnerships with other reputable Web3 companies to drive growth and expand the reach of EOTH.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and onboard new gaming communities to Echo of the Horizon, with a focus on integrating them into the EOTH Clan Grant Program.
• Establish and maintain partnerships with top-tier Web3 companies to drive strategic growth.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to develop and execute partnership strategies that align with Echo of the Horizon’s vision and goals.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the Web3 gaming and blockchain sectors.
• Represent Echo of the Horizon at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
• Create and deliver presentations, proposals, and partnership pitches to prospective partners and communities.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in business development, partnerships, or a related field within the Web3 or blockchain gaming industry.
• Deep understanding of Web3 technologies, gaming ecosystems, and decentralized platforms.
• Demonstrated success in building and managing relationships with Web3 companies and communities.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment while collaborating effectively with global teams.
• Passionate about the Web3 space and eager to contribute to the future of decentralized gaming.
