Responsibilities

  • Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help the company expandMaintain existing business relationshipThink critically when planning to assure project successResearch the crypto and traditional landscape to identify the best partnership opportunities that will advance BingX’s market positioningWork closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive execution and make recommendations to ensure continuous progress of key initiativesGuide partners through the entire deal lifecycle: initial scoping, framing value, contract negotiations, implementation and optimizationOwn the partner relationships to ensure they are effective and efficientBuild an extensive network and maintain meaningful relationships to stay on top of key trends and industry developmentsProficiently communicate the value of working with BingX to potential partners

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in business development at a crypto or high growth consumer facing tech companyEntrepreneurial self-starter with a willingness to engage with others and build strong relationships both internally and externallyIntellectually curious with a strong understanding of the crypto industryGreat communicator, storyteller, and presenterAble to thrive in a fast paced environment with minimal guidanceProven track record of driving multiple partnership deals through all phases of the deal cycleAble to assess partnerships from a strategic, commercial, technical, and operational aspect and exercise good judgment when making decisionsAbility to develop financial models, revenue projections, and business plansCreative thinker with a knack for problem solving
