Role & Responsibilities

• Define and lead our brand and visual identity to create a cohesive aesthetic that resonates with Web3 communities.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and community teams to ensure consistent branding across web, product, print, and social media.
• Craft our story through a foundational brand voice and compelling visual design.
• Manage end-to-end brand and marketing projects, including product launches and campaigns.
• Create graphics & visuals to amplify storytelling on digital platforms.
• Simplify complex technical concepts into relatable, visually striking designs.
• Stay updated with crypto and digital design trends to bring fresh ideas to our branding efforts.
• Shape how we are perceived across the Web3 ecosystem, building a brand that inspires trust and innovation.

5+ years of experience in visual and brand design

Proven track record in managing end-to-end design processes for brand and marketing launches, including significant contributions to design guidelines and systems.

Experience designing for Web3 projects or ecosystems

A proven track record in creating brand and marketing assets.

Previous experience growing a brand
