The Team: Delegated Auth Network (DAN)

Our latest innovation, the Delegated Auth Network (DAN), represents our vision of a seamless, secure, and AI-driven Web3 experience. DAN focuses on wallet security and effortless on-chain actions, positioning itself as a cornerstone for the future of AI-integrated crypto wallets.

As we evolve DAN beyond authentication and integrate it with our Account Abstraction (AA) product, we aim to establish it as the default transaction engine for the entire crypto ecosystem.

What Will You Be Doing?

• Lead the DAN Tech Team: Guide a team of blockchain and AI developers, driving innovation around wallet security, seamless transactions, and AI integration.

• Shape AI-Driven Wallets: Collaborate with the CTO to define the architecture and technical strategy for AI-integrated wallets, ensuring scalability, security, and usability.

• Advance Biconomy’s Products: Ensure smooth integration of DAN with the Account Abstraction (AA) product, making it the leading transaction engine in Web3.

• AI & ML Solutions: Develop Biconomy’s AI to better understand user queries, enhance product capabilities, and scope technical solutions end to end.

• Drive Engineering Standards: Set and maintain high engineering standards while reviewing and testing code for quality and scalability.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders, technical partners, and the developer community to improve and scale our products.

• Stay Informed: Keep the team updated on emerging trends and technologies in AI, blockchain, and Web3 to maintain a cutting-edge product.

Requirements

• 5+ Years of Software Development: Including at least 2 years in blockchain development, with a strong track record of leading technical teams and projects.

• Blockchain Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Account Abstraction, Smart Contract Wallets, Relayers, and Bundlers, with experience building on-chain applications (e.g., trading bots, arbitrage bots).

• AI & ML Expertise: Proven experience in developing Large Language Models (LLMs) and machine learning applications, with an understanding of current AI innovations.

• Crypto Native: Active in the crypto space for 2+ years, with experience interacting with decentralized finance (DeFi) protocols.

• Technical Leadership: Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams, setting technical direction, and driving innovation.

• Clean & Modular Code: Proficiency in Python, Typescript, and React, with a focus on building scalable, maintainable code.

• Based in EMEA: Must be located within Europe, the Middle East, or Asia.
