What you’ll do

Infura delivers blockchain API access at internet scale. Using your in depth knowledge of Ethereum client architectures, you will help build out systems APIs, daemons, and other such microservices to support our high volume APIs and our customer facing frontends. Keeping current with the evolution of blockchain clients, you will help pioneer methods to help scale Infura’s node infrastructure at the most fundamental levels. Collaborate with an experienced team of senior engineers to build an infrastructure that can service a growing number of developers and projects that are building for the blockchain. The systems you build will be powering the innovation happening in the web3 world.

Would be great if you brought this to the role

• Golang and Rust are the primary languages clients are built in. Having a solid foundation in those languages as they relate to client development is preferred.
• Deep understanding of peering, the devp2p layers of the protocol
• Deep understanding of transaction propagation and mempool implementations
• A natural curiosity, thirst for knowledge, and interest in diving into technical problems and open source code
• Our most successful engineers have a constant desire to improve, refine, and take things higher.
• Great communication and proven abilities to work in a team setting (on premises or fully remote).
