The Role

You will be analyzing blockchain needs for the Fuse ecosystem and driving and executing initiatives to improve security, scalability, and interoperability. This is an opportunity to play a leadership role and help Fuse become a top 10 EVM chain.

Responsibilities

Collaborating with Fuse Labs CTO and leadership team, developers, key stakeholders, validators, and business, and community members to determine blockchain technology needs and envisaged functionalities.
Creating and improving upon existing application features and interfaces including the Fuse’s explorer and staking interface.
Applying the latest techniques and working with leading security and auditing firms to protect digital transaction data against cyberattacks and information hacks.
Maintaining client and server-side applications.
Optimizing and securing blockchain applications by integrating new tools and technologies.
Documenting blockchain development processes.
Keeping up with current blockchain technologies.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in information security, computer science, or related.
At least 3 years of experience as a blockchain developer including solidity writing smart contracts.
Advanced proficiency in programming languages, such as C++, Java, or Python.
Extensive experience in back-end development, algorithms, and data structures.
Knowledge of cryptography and blockchain protocols.
Knowledge of AWS.
Knowledge of web servers, load balancing, and reverse proxy using tools such as Nginx or Apache.
Ability to write scripts in bash or other scripting languages.
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
Superb organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Compensation

This is a key role for the Fuse ecosystem and therefore provides a highly competitive compensation package to be discussed with the Fuse foundation. It includes an attractive Fuse Token allocation.
