About the role:

We are looking for an ambitious and experienced B2B Marketer to spearhead the marketing efforts for our weather related products. This critical role will be instrumental in driving the company's growth and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in B2B marketing, a deep understanding of the weather or related ecosystems, and a passion for leveraging innovative technologies to create impactful marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Helping build our data growth playbook, engage in product exploration and run growth sprints.
• Developing and implementing comprehensive B2B marketing strategies to promote WeatherXM's weather data products.
• Conduct market research and analysis to understand industry trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape in the weather data sector.
• Enhancing brand awareness, and generating demand among business clients.
• Collaborating with the sales and product development teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and growth strategies.
• Managing and optimizing digital marketing channels, including email marketing, social media, and SEO, to increase visibility and reach.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, report on campaign effectiveness, and make data-driven recommendations to enhance marketing efforts.
• Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to shape our marketing strategy and accelerate our growth trajectory.

• Proven track record of success in B2B marketing, preferably within the weather technology industry.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, demand generation techniques, and market dynamics.
• Experience in finding product-market fit and engaging in product exploration and validation.
• Creative thinker with the ability to develop and execute innovative marketing strategies.
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving customer acquisition and achieving marketing targets.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic tech environment and adapt to changing priorities and market conditions.

Bonus points, if you have:

• Experience working with Web3.
• Previous experience in start-up high tech environment where you drove a marketing department
• Understanding of DeFi / crypto primitives.
