We are looking for an experienced Affiliate/KOL Lead to develop and scale our affiliate ecosystem, ensuring sustainable business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive affiliate strategy, leveraging both reputation-based and paid acquisition tools.
- Establish and manage relationships with KOLs, partners, and affiliates, ensuring effective and long-term cooperation.
- Utilize a deep understanding of crypto exchange marketing to attract high-value partners and traders.
- Structure and optimize the affiliate program, including commission models, performance tracking, and retention strategies.
- Conduct calls and negotiations with potential partners, clearly presenting company’s value proposition.
- Effectively sell both the product and personal expertise, fostering credibility in the industry.
- Proven experience in affiliate marketing, business development, or partnership management, ideally in Web3, trading platforms, or fintech.
- Strong network of KOLs, affiliates, and partners, with a track record of successful collaborations.
- Deep understanding of crypto affiliate marketing tools, including paid and organic acquisition channels.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to tailor approaches for different partners.
- Fluent English (C1+); additional languages are a plus.
