Affiliate/KOL Lead

Our partner is a hybrid trading exchange, a fresh and dynamic product on the market. This is an excellent opportunity to attract affiliates to a new platform, build a strong partner network, and maximize commissions. We are looking for an experienced Affiliate/KOL Lead to develop and scale our affiliate ecosystem, ensuring sustainable business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive affiliate strategy, leveraging both reputation-based and paid acquisition tools.
• Establish and manage relationships with KOLs, partners, and affiliates, ensuring effective and long-term cooperation.
• Utilize a deep understanding of crypto exchange marketing to attract high-value partners and traders.
• Structure and optimize the affiliate program, including commission models, performance tracking, and retention strategies.
• Conduct calls and negotiations with potential partners, clearly presenting company’s value proposition.
• Effectively sell both the product and personal expertise, fostering credibility in the industry.

• Proven experience in affiliate marketing, business development, or partnership management, ideally in Web3, trading platforms, or fintech.
• Strong network of KOLs, affiliates, and partners, with a track record of successful collaborations.
• Deep understanding of crypto affiliate marketing tools, including paid and organic acquisition channels.
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to tailor approaches for different partners.
• Fluent English (C1+); additional languages are a plus.
