The role

They are seeking an Advisory Lead to develop & grow the business through this transformation & growth phase.

What you will be doing

• Design and implement advisory processes that scale with the business, ensuring a seamless client experience.

• Provide personalized, strategic investment advice aligned with business goals, risk profiles, and ever-evolving market conditions.

• Keep your finger on the pulse of the crypto market, blockchain innovations, and emerging investment opportunities to maintain a competitive edge.

• Foster deep, lasting relationships with clients, ensuring high engagement and a strong foundation of trust.

• Analyze and recommend smart, data-driven portfolio strategies based on real-time market trends and conditions.

• Guide clients in understanding the world of blockchain, DeFi, NFTs, and tokenomics, helping them make informed, confident investment decisions.

• Work alongside internal teams to develop cutting-edge investment products and strategies that lead the industry.

What you will need

• 3-5 years of experience in investment advising, portfolio management, or crypto trading

• Demonstrated leadership capability

• Strong knowledge of blockchain, DeFi, digital assets, and financial markets

• Ability to analyze risk and market data to develop sound investment strategies

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
