Our Ethereum Layer 2 scaling solution is an end-to-end solution purpose-built for gaming. We are seeking an exceptional customer-focused Account Manager to provide innovative. Assigned to a number of named partners, you will play an instrumental role to nurture, grow and retain our key partner accounts. Reporting into the Head of Business Development, you will be responsible for achieving sales quota and assigned strategic account objectives.
Responsibilities
- Establish professional and deep relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts
- Deep understanding of each partners' business environments, proactively assesses, clarifies and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis
- Grow the portfolio of Myria products for game partners and be responsible for customer account performance objectives and expectations
- Collaborate on projects within the team and with other Myria teams to deliver the highest level of the partner experience
- Proactively identify and synthesise trends and opportunities in the web3 gaming landscape
- Act as the voice of the customer, representing our partners' unique business goals, needs and challenges for the rest of the Myria organisation
- Generate short term results whilst maintaining a long term perspective to maximize overall revenue generation
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in solution selling and/or account management in a major services or software sales team
- Successful history of business sales, with the ability to prove consistent delivery against targets
- Excellent relationship, conversation, and influence skills
- Projects credibility and trustworthiness at all levels, including CxO
- Takes initiative, seeks opportunities and asks questions when necessary
- High energy and strong work ethic driving the teams and individual goals
- Passionate about web3.0/blockchain/NFT gaming space, and intrinsically motivated to stay on the bleeding edge of best practices and trends
