Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Account Manager. As an Account Manager at Coinbound, you will be responsible for managing and building relationships with clients in the crypto and blockchain industry. Day-to-day tasks include understanding client needs and goals, developing and executing marketing strategies, liaising with internal teams and external partners, monitoring campaign performance, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- 2+ years of experience in account management or digital marketing, preferably in the Web3 space.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to monitor and analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations for optimization.
- Familiarity with HubSpot.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Strong project management experience (certifications are a plus)
Compensation
Compensation for this role includes a starting base salary of $40,000-60,000 plus performance-based earnings based on client retention, upsells, and workload. Estimated performance-based earnings range from $20,000-$50,000.
Salary
$50,000 - $75,000 per year
