Looking for a visionary DeFi enthusiast and finance geek to blend the old with the new, to help us compose money legos into derivative and structured payoffs to serve the entire risk spectrum. This new borderless, intant-settlement, transparent and composable financial system allows for possibilities that the traditional finance only dreams about. We're looking for THAT creative and passionate team member with knowledge of derivative products from traditional finance, hands-on experience of DeFi and a knack for solving puzzles to brainstorm with us innovative payoffs and bring them to the entire market to use.

• Passionate to dive deep and get your hands dirty
• The crazy-creative one, but also risk-aware and mathematically minded.
• Have experience with traditional finance (as a trader/structurer of vanillas or exotics)
• Hands on experience trading crypto, including derivatives\

What you will do:

•Try everything, be it yield-principal split, tranching or option payoffs, document your findings. •Read white papers, try out yield strategies and not be afraid of going all degen style to find new innovative ideas. •Produce research, backtest and suggest products, find new strategies and share them with the team for debate. We want to use them for our own treasury as well as client facing products. •Ultimately write code (in your preferred language) to prove these ideas (we'll teach you Rust if you want). Important stuff •Fully remote. You can work from the beach or from the city library, we don't care. •Full or part time, consultant work also possible. Open to suggestions. •Compensation is generous and meritocratic, individuals that prove they want to be part of the team will get team tokens on top of cash compensation.
